There have been three Delt Shelters at Auburn University including the current shelter. The initial Delt Shelter was located at the corner of East Magnolia Avenue and North Gay Street and this property was reclaimed in the mid 60’s by the owners.
Epsilon Alpha then acquired the Alpha Psi house located at the corner of West Magnolia Avenue and South Donahue (423 West Magnolia). This Shelter was occupied by Epsilon Alpha until 1999 when the property was sold to Auburn university for their expansion plans.
